MISSION and VISION

To focus on all kinds of issues related to Danishmend people, to present the issue with scientific data by conducting various research, investigations, scientific meetings and publications on these issues, and to produce suggestions for the solution of the problems,

To monitor the follow-up and publication process of studies on this subject by collaborating with scientists who work or want to do studies on Danishmend people at universities in the country or abroad,

History, Turkish Language and Literature, Art History, Geography, Archaeology, Anthropology and Fine Arts etc. within the university. To encourage and support new studies on Danishmend people at undergraduate and graduate levels in departments,

To ensure that the research results on the subject are published in the form of a book, catalog or encyclopedia, upon the request of the researchers and the approval of the Board of Directors,

To create an archive-library by collecting books, theses, articles and similar studies on Danishmend people at home and abroad,

To promote the research and cultural heritage values related to Danishmends throughout the country and on international platforms, to periodically organize national and international symposiums for this purpose, to cooperate with centers, universities and institutes established for similar purposes at home and abroad, to organize scientific meetings, congresses, colloquiums and organizing seminars, developing and carrying out joint projects, organizing trips for researchers, students and enthusiasts in Danishmendli Geography,

Individuals or groups working on the activities of the center; To encourage the publication of scientific articles and books on the subject in national and international peer-reviewed or non-refereed journals, to ensure that scientific reviews are systematically prepared for publication in publications by starting a series of review publications at the Center,

To cooperate with local and foreign institutions and organizations dealing with Danishmend research, national or international research, examination, training centers, institutes and similar institutions in foreign countries,

To establish temporary or permanent commissions or working groups when necessary to carry out research, investigations, projects and similar studies within the scope of Danişmend research,

To create a structure where universities, local governments, ministries and the private sector in terms of sponsorship will come together and reach consensus for Danishmend research,

To contribute to studies on the period of the first and second principalities established by the Turks in Anatolia, and the developments that took place in the lands of these principalities during the Seljuk, Ottoman and Republican periods, and to encourage research on the impact of both Danishmend and other principalities on the world geography,

To carry out other studies in accordance with the establishment purpose of the center and the purposes and principles of Law No. 2547.
